She was torn in two when Thunderstruck spoke to her again. Part of her was still wary from the mech’s previous actions and really didn’t feel like falling from the possible act that the ‘bot was putting on while another part was completely accepting and understood the other completely. It was a pain to be split into two opinions like this, but neither side would give up and Spade just couldn’t pick the one she believed more. Reluctantly she let herself settle for a not-so-happy medium and resigned to listening to the mech.
"Sorry, love. I promise it won't happen again."
“Not to offend you or anything, but after that little show I think you’re right. It won’t be happening again, but not because you’re going to shape up. But because he’s going to avoid you ‘like the plague’.” Something told her that if the two ever did meet up again it would spell disaster and Spade could only hope and pray that they stayed away from each other. Or at least settled their differences.
Maybe she would get lucky and one of them would decide to just leave Earth. Or even just the country, anything that would make it harder for them to bump into each other again. Being on constant alert for sounds of their meetings would be a right pain if Spade had to deal with it.
"Wanna play a game?"
That took Spade by surprise. Of all the things Thunderstruck could have done, asking to play a game seemed like the least likely option. It didn’t sound like it would be a bad idea either; Spade couldn’t pick out a single thing that could go wrong playing this. Well, excluding giving away something she didn’t mean to. But she could hold herself pretty well; she’d know when to stop.
What interested her is why Feuer would even have a lie detector in the first place. Or why he would give it to Thunderstruck. Perhaps that would be the question she would ask, Spade pondered, giving the small device a strange look before nodding with little enthusiasm. It wasn’t exactly something to get excited about.
“Yes, I’ll play your game. You ask the first question, though.” She wanted to get a feel for what questions they would be asking. Whether it was shallow little things or more personal things. It would also give her more time to get even an idea of what she might ask, because Spade really had no idea of what she could as the silver mech before her. Maybe something about his past?
"It's a bit obvious that he likes you, y'know? The pet names were a bit of a sign."
“Really?” She said with a bit of a smile. “I was under the impression he disliked me, maybe it was the screaming.” She smiled more, though it was more of a darker smile then a good natured one. “I also thought he wasn’t one to like anyone anyway, he doesn’t seem to be the friendliest bot. Anyway, we both can go bring him his device.”
…Wait, why did she say that? Wasn’t she trying to prevent the two meeting up again? Spade growled to herself, hoping that whatever reason she had for suggesting that would be justified and that nothing too bad would happen because of it.

But because he’s going to avoid you ‘like the plague'
Good, then I won't have to worry about him trying to kill me Thunderstruck thought darkly, though smiled grimly at the Femme. "I'm use to it, y'know? No one likes neutrals." He said sadly, drooping his shoulders in defeat. That's right, reel her in He heard the whisper, and inwardly nodded an affirmative.
“Yes, I’ll play your game. You ask the first question, though.”
Thunderstruck's CPU suddenly blanked, and he barely managed to think What should I ask her? before blurting "Do you know about Predicons?" He asked, and suddenly felt very ill at that question. What the pit-- He thought, wondering where the frag that question came from. He suddenly became uncomfortable, but did not show it, mentally singing a happy song. Happy thoughts He thought stubbornly, nose twitching. Like, Solarfeuer stabbed. Many many many times. That's happy, right?
Anyway, we both can go bring him his device.
Thunderstruck paled underneath his soot covered face plates, looking a little disgruntled. "Y'know, I think it's best not to. He doesn't really like me much." Thunderstruck said carefully, and the whispers in his head said He doesn't like us at all, giggling their mirth. "That, and he attacked me today, so he's prolly still a bit twitchy 'bout that and me injuring him, y'know? So I don't want to stress 'im."
What utter slag...

"I'm use to it, y'know? No one likes neutrals."
Wouldn’t neutrals like other neutrals? It seemed logical to Spade. They would be united together because of the fact that they did not want to join up with any of the other allegiances. Or maybe they were all just solitary in nature and didn’t take too well to meeting other bots, even neutrals like themselves.
"Do you know about Predicons?"
What a strange question, Spade definitely had not expected one like that. “I am… familiar with the term, but not with the notion,” she explained truthfully, tilting her head to the side in wonder. She had only heard the word before; no one had bothered giving her any detail on it. Maybe when this was all over she would do some research and figure out exactly what it meant.
She ignored the others excuses about why he couldn’t go with her slightly. There really was no decent reason, she thought. And even if she wanted the two to stay far away from each other, maybe meeting again and getting on better terms would be the better path. That way she wouldn’t have to be worrying about what would happen if the two met again sometime soon.
“Oh come off it,” she smiled again. “You tower over him, you really shouldn’t be afraid. Besides, you two need to kiss and make up so the city won’t be in danger anymore. You can't honestly hate him that much, can you?”
She guessed that would count as her question.

I am… familiar with the term, but not with the notion,
The lie detector gave a croak before saying "truth".
Perhaps they have forgotten Thunderstruck mused and gave the femme a gentle smile, though inwardly he grimaced. About the Predacons? Unlikely. There is surely a more logical explenation for the femme's lack of knowledge on them. A voice whispered, while another giggled They went into hiding, o'course~. Thunderstruck snorted at that. Predacons? Hiding? The two didn't seem to fit. But, it did seem to be the best theory he had.
So far.
Oh come off it, you tower over him, you really shouldn’t be afraid.
"Alright, alright, I'm just afraid of his bombs, not 'Feuer himself." Thunderstruck slipped in with a sulky pout. How could you be afraid of someone that size, anyway? He wondered, a little amazed at how sharp the femme was. Or, well, maybe it was just an obvious size difference.
Yeah. It was definitely the second one.
Besides, you two need to kiss and make up so the city won’t be in danger anymore.
Wait. What?
Thunderstruck gave the femme a look of pure horror, while arching an optic ridge in question. "...You want me to kiss him..." He never heard of that term-- it was a term, right?-- before. Maybe he should spend more time around humans than cars. Or just internet surf for a while.
You can't honestly hate him that much, can you?
"I don't hate, I race." He answered, and then grinned when the detector went "truth".
This day was turning out better and better. If the detector was busted up enough bot to be able to realize a half-truth when it was dangling right in front of it's sensors, then could the possibility of it exploding be real?
Thunderstruck could only hope.

Spade eyed the small device at it spoke, though she didn’t need it to confirm her own thoughts. She knew she was telling the truth. Looking back at Thunderstruck, Spade silently willed the mech to hurry up. They would have to get going if they wanted to catch Feuer soon.
"Alright, alright, I'm just afraid of his bombs, not 'Feuer himself."
She supposed that would make more sense. After all, bombs were something to be afraid of. Their destructive power was incredible; it would only be natural for someone to fear one. And it would be a lot more likely then someone being afraid of something much, much smaller than them.
"...You want me to kiss him..."
She was sure, if she were human, that her face would be bright as a beet. She giggled a little before speaking. “No, don’t be silly. Well you can if you want to but that’s not what I meant. It means to make up, to get back on good terms.” She had assumed that a neutral would know more about Earth sayings. Spade made sure not to assume that again.
His answer, which the lie detector claimed was true, was enough for Spade. Dusting some non-existent dirt of her, the femme began walking where Feuer had turned, waving her hand for the other to follow. “If we’re done we should be going, yes?” [/blockquote]

No, don’t be silly. Well you can if you want to but that’s not what I meant. It means to make up, to get back on good terms
"Ahahahaha-- NO." Thunderstruck said, giving a the femme a rather disgruntled look. "I don't think we'll be kissing any time soon." Or after, Thunderstruck mused, nose twitching. Not after I blow 'im up, there won't be enough to make a toaster.
If we’re done we should be going, yes?
Slaggit, she's not going to go without me! Thunderstruck felt like ripping at his wiring. This was getting frustrating! "I've a better idea. Why don't you give this to 'im. If I'm not there, and he gets his stuff back, he'll calm down. I'll go see 'im later and apologise for my rude behavior. Sound good?" Thunderstruck suggested, growing nervous.
I don't want to be there when all hell breaks loose...

“"I don't think we'll be kissing any time soon."
She just shrugged, standing with her hands on her hips as she waited for the mech to follow her. Time was running short, of course. “Don’t be so negative,” she mumbled, optic ridge raising the slightest in annoyance. Spade was tempted to throw in something else, just to poke fun at Thunderstruck. But time got the best of her and she wasn’t going to bother.
"I've a better idea. Why don't you give this to 'im. If I'm not there, and he gets his stuff back, he'll calm down. I'll go see 'im later and apologize for my rude behavior. Sound good?"
“What, and leave little old me to deal with Feuer and ‘his bombs’? Why, if I didn’t know better I would think you were actually afraid of him. We both know he doesn’t have any weapons on him.” Plus, Spade didn’t trust the other so much at the moment. No mech could be that against delivering a simple lie detector without good reasons.
Not waiting for an answer, the femme transformed quickly and sped into the front of the lot, looking for any traces of Solarfeuer.

Don't be so negative
Thunderstruck blanched, giving the femme a rather nicely done "what the frag?" look. "What, do you want us to kiss? Pfft. Femmes..." He grumbled, though a thought crossed his mind. Would it piss Solarfeuer off sum more if I kissed 'im? His optics flashed in a "blink", a smile curling his lips at that. It would, wouldn't it?
Eeew, Feuer germs! A voice giggled in the back of Thunderstruck's head, though it sounded extremely disgusted at the statement. A second voice went Don't do it. He'll kill you before you could even say "neutral". The last voice said ...I think he'd just insult us then not care. Thunderstruck nose twitched again at the last one. Kiss 'em then kill 'em. Perfect. He mused.
Now he had to go with the femme. It was too tempting!
What, and leave little old me to deal with Feuer and ‘his bombs’? Why, if I didn’t know better I would think you were actually afraid of him. We both know he doesn’t have any weapons on him
"Psh no. The only thing he's packing are those bombs of hi-- HEY WAIT UP!" Thunderstruck squawked before transforming and speeding after the femme, catching up quickly before slowing down and steering himself behind her and out of sight.
Suddenly, a voice blasted from Thunderstruck's radio rather loudly as it said Come out come out and play, tweety!

Oh he should have gotten as far away as physically possible after he left the other two. It would have been much safer for him to have kept driving until he was even out of state. Just somewhere he wouldn’t have to worry about bumping into either of the two Cybertronians again. They (well, more like Thunderstruck) had pissed him off to the point where he threatened them. Extremely bad idea on Feuer part, the ‘bot knew he wasn’t going to go through with the threat.
Too much work.
But instead of getting as far away from possible he had only gone a little down the road. Y’see, that car wash he had been wanting presented himself just a block away from the parking lot where he had left. Sure the line was a little long, but just listening to the sound of the water made him feel better. So, against all his instincts, Feuer had gotten in line.
Now, just moments before it would be his turn, he caught site of the green Porsche coming from behind the store. Behind her, the sleek silver car which made Feuer wince inwardly. He couldn’t just peel out from the line-- that would draw attention. Staying here would be… safest?
Yeah, today really was not his day. [/blockquote]

“"What, do you want us to kiss? Pfft. Femmes..."
She giggled, sounding odd coming from a car, but ignored the statement. Honestly she had no comment on the whole matter, why Thunderstruck pursued it made no sense to her. Oh well, maybe she had marked his ego by suggesting something like that. Or maybe she had actually gotten him thinking.
For some strange reason the words ‘thinking’ and ‘Thunderstruck’ didn’t go well together.
Surveying the area, Spade couldn’t help but sigh as she realized they had probably already lost the orange mech. If her brief encounter of him was anything to go by then Spade assumed that Solarfeuer would be long go by now, probably speeding down some deserted road just to get far, far way.
A large ‘Car Wash’ sign caught her attention as she turned out of the lot. Proceeding it was a bright glimpse of orange paint and Spade just had to send quick thanks up. The luck they must have to be able to find him so quickly. “Does that color look familiar to you?’ She asked Thunderstruck, voice a little playful.

Does that color look familiar to you?
Thunderstruck would've raised an optic ridge had he been in robot mode, but made his horn honk it's usual happy tune instead, the noise echoing angrily into the air as the concept car spotted a all-too-familiar sports car near the car wash. Giggling, Thunderstruck passed the green car in front of him and sped up a little until he was at the end of the line of the car wash. There he transformed, earning startled honks from the cars in line. To make matters worse, Thunderstruck decided to play a little song...
"Let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the FLARRRRR~"
The cars in line shot out of the line so fast, it was amazing none of them crashed into eachother. One last car was left, though. And orange sports car. Grinning at the opportunity, Thunderstruck moved closer to Solarfeuer, then gave the vehicle's back window a poke, spider-cracks suddenly spreading across it's clear surface.
"Helloooooo, Feuer!"

Repeating “they ain’t comin’, they ain’t comin’” again and again has kept the mech from bursting out of the line as he watched the two familiar cars get closer and closer. Believe it or not, Feuer actually managed to convince himself that the two cars weren’t going to find him. And for a second it all seemed true.
Then his little fantasy was shattered when cars from the line scattered, surprisingly not hitting each other in their mad race to get away from the giant alien robot that had just taken up most of the car wash path. Feuer would have been thoroughly amused if he wasn’t so ticked at seeing the other mech. In fact, he was sure he would be laughing his aft off if it wasn’t for the fact that it was Thunderstruck who scared the fleshies.
Y’know, he had received more damage this one day then he had in a long time, he noted. It was going to be a pain getting it all fixed. But that wasn’t the issue at the moment; the issue was the large silver mech poking at his back window. There seemed to be no way to simply escape from this mess. And Feuer wasn’t even going to bother with fighting it out again. With a suppressed groan he transformed, turning to face Thunderstruck with a rather blank look on his face.
”Do I know ya’?” Smooooooothhhhh. [/blockquote]

She moved out of the way to let Thunderstruck pass easily, though regretted it when the mech decided to use… untraditional methods of ridding the area of any humans who could get in the middle of this. Personally she would’ve dealt with it better, but Spade supposed it was a fast way to clear an area. The lack of injuries pleased her too. Maybe Thunderstruck wasn’t that irresponsible.
The spider cracks spreading along Feuer’s back window told her otherwise. Spade wondered if it was a little mean of her to giggle at the whole thing. It probably was, but she couldn’t find a way to make herself feel bad. It was all so laugh worthy, like it was made to be laughed at.
”Do I know ya’?”
…A defense mechanism? Feuer couldn’t honestly not remember them, unless his memory was shot as well. Or if he had a twin. The twin wouldn’t be covered in soot, though. [/blockquote]

Do I know ya?
"O'course you do, 'Feuer! I'm your best friend in the whoooole wide world!" Thunderstruck grinned widely, then had to press his hand to his mouth to smother his giggles, though they were still heard. Then, as if a switch was flipped, Thunderstruck's hand fell from his face, as did his mirth, a blank slate equal to that of Solarfeuer's.
"You forgot something, Solarfeuer." He said dully, then rifled through his subspace pocket until he pulled out the lie detector. Suddenly, like magic, he grinned again, shoving the device against the other mech's chest, leaning forward some. "But this wasn't what you forgot-- this is!"
And then Thunderstruck promptly kissed Solarfeuer.
Well, it was more of a bite than a kiss, but it was still a kiss nonetheless. Biting down hard on Solarfeuer's bottom lip as he kissed him, Thunderstruck somehow managed to slip the lie detector into Solarfeuer's hand before pulling away, giggling all the while as he released the other mech's lip from his teeth.
And then his giggles turned into full-blown laughter; Thunderstruck laughed so hard, he wrapped his arms around his aching stomach, then he fell backwards onto his aft, cackling. "S-she told me t-to-- Pffft!--" More laughter. "You taste as bad as you look!" He finally crowed, wiping some coolant from his optic, smearing some soot.
Then he suddenly reverted back to alt mode, turning around and tearing past the green femme as he left the car wash, driving down the strangely deserted road, a song ringing in the air as Thunderstruck took his leave...
"I can fake it with the best of anyone, I can fake it with the best of 'em all! I can fake it with the best of anyone, I can fake it all~!"

Now, if Feuer had expected anything at all to come from this encounter it would be more along the lines of the femme having convinced Thunderstruck to aid her in capturing him. How she would have done that Solarfeuer didn’t know, all he knew is that from now on, when things involved Thunderstruck, he could never assume things or jump to conclusions ever again. It would probably lead to more surprises like this one.
Because Feuer would never in a million solarcycles guess that Thunderstruck was going to kiss him.
Even if it really couldn’t count as a kiss, it still threw the orange mech off. Even more so when the blasted device was shoved into his hands (he blames not focusing because of the “kiss”). He didn’t say anything as Thunderstruck burst into laughter before speeding off. Honestly he had no words for the silver bot. Except maybe something along the lines of him feeling bad for whoever was usually on the receiving end of Thunderstruck’s actions.
Idly his fingers clenched around the lie detector. Why would the other have bothered giving this to him? The least he could’ve done was take the damn thing when he sped off like that. Though, a glance to the femme not far off allowed Feuer to make some quick guesswork. His “best friend in the whole wide world” probably messed with Spade’s mind a little, who knows why.
”Ya’ didn’t seriously tell ‘im ta’ do that, didja’?” He asked with a frown, tossing the lie detector up in the air before catching it. ”Andddd he played ya’ good, femme.” Maybe she would leave now, so Feuer could actually get to work on fixing himself up. After all, the car wash was just a few feet away. [/blockquote]
