A Notice on Making Characters (PLEASE READ)

People creating original characters are highly advised to not re-tread character concepts already used by other users. _{Direct quote from your admin.}

PLEASE, do not make original characters that are experimental subjects of any kind, unless you have permission from a mod or admin. This includes robots with split personalities, Autobot fliers, etc. No SERIAL KILLERS.

I'm sorry we have to put a ban of sorts on these types of characters, but there are getting to be too many.
