Since the escape from the prison, Solarscream had done little more than stare off into the distance, up toward the stars which she had missed for so long. Often she would rise up and fly past their burning mass, getting as close as she could before reluctantly returning to the base before she was seen once more. This new place, this new fortress that the escaped 'cons had formed, it was rudimentry and primitive, yes, in comparison to what the Decepticon works normally came up to anyway. Still, as her thrusters set her lightly down on the moon's surface with a satisfying "clink" her optical sensors whirred appreciatively. There was something about the cool, dull grey metal that made the simplistic abode that appealed to her, made her feel more at home. Raising a servo she gently stroked the cold metal, before pulling back before her show of sensitivity was seen and mocked by her Decepticon brethren.
Asides from Strika, Blackarachnia and Flip-Sides, Solarscream was the only fembot 'con and in this current group of newly-freed captives, she remained the only one. All the same, she did not allow this landslide of males around her to deter her from her Decepticon duties nor distract her from what was more important. If she was to gain favour with Megatron upon his release, she had to remain strictly on task, like the others. Then all she had to do was make sure that Starscream didn't screw things up for the both of them - being a clone, it meant that she was consistently bundled in with him, despite that, in her opinion, she'd only gained his desirable traits and nothing more. A slight hiss of steam escaped her in mild frustration and her once-caressing digits screeched in a discontented manner as they balled into a metallic fist.
All her time in captivity had left her lusting the solitary life, worn down her battle capabilities and left her feeling more hatred toward the Autobots than ever before. Using her other servo to rub the side of her processor, she forced her gears to ease off, relaxing the charge her body had gained from the rising emotion in her spark. Wearily, she let her servos drop to her sides and, using her thrusters to assist her, jetted lightly into the stronghold, whilst retaining her previous mech form. The inside of the stronghold was massive, with one central computer that had been deftly salvaged and repaired from a local scrapmetal disposal unit not far from Cybertron. Other useful-yet-unusable scraps of metal were shrewn about the room, thrown to the side carelessly by some 'bot that didn't have the time to consider it's worth yet.
Walking to the computer Solarscream mused at the lack of activity in the base, usually there'd be some 'bot squabbling or flopped down for a quick stasus-nap. Out of interest she sent out a quick comm-link message on the secondary link they'd set up only reccently so as to communicate lately. This quickly-adjusted link however, was scratchy at best and as her vocal processors worked, they came across the link with a fair amount of interference. 'Where is everybody? The fort seems empty, so where are you guys at?' Her voice was lightly sarcastic and somewhat impatient and cynical, but such was to be expected from Solarscream after all.

Scatterbolt drifted lazily above the surface of the moon. She was deadly close to Cybertron- so close, yet so far away. She really shouldn't be anywhere near her lost home planet, but she had picked up several Decepticon energy signatures where no bot should be. And, now that she was closer, she could have sworn she heard the extra white noise in the back of her processor from a secondary com link system.
Tentatively, wary of an Autobot trap, she hacked into the frequency.
"Where is everybody? The fort seems empty, so where are you guys at?"
The transmission was a bit fuzzy, as it will be when you're that close to Cybertron and trying to hide, but comprehensible. Scatterbolt smirked. Bingo.
"Who is this?" She commed.

Ramjet was lounging on the roof of the base. he knew he should be working on something or planning a way to get Megatron and the real Starscream out of the Autobot prison, but at the moment he didn't really care. he recieved Solarscream's message, and frowned.
"I'm already in the base. i've been inside all along." he said quickly, looking up at the open sky. then he recieved the other reply, and smirked. "This is Starscream. who are you?" Ramjet replied smoothly

Freezer looked at Cybertron and then shifted his gaze to the prison where he once was a prisoner. "Well I got out of there in one piece" he thought to himself. He raised his damaged hand to see a 4 inch gash made from the energon bars he carelessly brushed against. "Well that isn't gonna fix itself", Freezer clasped his hands together and the two cryogenic generators on his arms started to gently hum and gave off a soothing shade of blue and his injury was filled with a sliver of ice. He looked at the blue streak now. "Not bad for healing", now that his hand was out of the way he decided to take a look at the communication systems to see if anyone like one of the clones, probably Solarscream had decided to block out all communications thinking an Autobot would sniff them out.

Solarscream frowned lightly as she heard the first reply - it was Ramjet, lying again, of course. Solarscream rolled her eyes, sometimes it was difficult being one of the only non-insane versions of Starscream. Without another moment of processing, she lightly jumped up and powered all of her flight capabilities and shot out back about seventy feet into space, before turning around at cruising trajectory and spied the other clone, standing on the roof. Her optical sensors blinked quizzically at this - interesting place to spend ones time, she was sure.
It was another nanosecond before a second voice crackled onto the commlink and Solarscream's jets faltered for a second, dropping her a few feet before she stabilized and recovered from the shock. A stranger, on their comm-link, slag it! She thought she'd made such things impossible, looks like she'd be back to work soon enough then. But first, the intruder... if they were an autobot, they had to be found and offline'd as soon as possible to avoid further detection, if not... well, they'd see.
Dropping a further thirty or so feet to linger not far from where Ramjet stood, Solarscream watched as the other clone mech replied to the random vocalizer. Solarscream felt like bashing his head on the metal roof of the base - genius, she knew he was going to lie - he always did, after all - but to claim to be one of the most well-known of the 'cons in the known stellarsystem? If this was an autobot, they'd be running home to gather reinforcements. 'He's nobody,' she quickly interjected onto the comm-link, 'but his other question is quite right, who are you and how did you get on this link?'
Solarscream faintly heard a crackle as another 'bot joined the comm-link system, but a quick scan of the other bot's energy signature let her know that this was in fact Freezer Burn joining them. Great, another 'con that might care to give away even more information to a potential autobot-scout.

"This is Starscream. Who are you?"
Scatterbolt's optics widened a fraction. It certainly sounded like Starscream. But why would the SIC be on a Cybertronian moon? Especially when he was supposedly in a maximum security prison.
"He's nobody. But his second question is quite right, who are you and how did you get on this link?"
A femme's voice this time, but it had the same Starscream-like quality as the last one. Scatterbolt had heard of the clones. Perhaps they were planning something, up here on the moon.
"My designation is Scatterbolt." She quirked the corner of her lips up at the second question. "And when you master processor over matter, things like hacking into a hastily made comlink of your own faction is as easy as crushing Autobot craniums."

"I never said i was anybody" Ramjet defended.
Scatterbolt, hm? interesting. he thought. and what the slag was processor-over matter? oh well, they were still an intruder.
"Fly a little lower, we won't hurt you." He said, warming up his gun. his crimson optics racked the sky, but he couldn't see the other bot. perhaps he shouldn't be hostile, this bot has said that she crushed Autobots...
but then again. she could be lying. Ramjet knew all about lying.

Solarscream grinned at Ramjet's suggestion, she knew her clone-linked brother would be lying, as always and almost laughed maliciously at the thought of allowing the suspicious 'bot to fly down and meet his gunfire. Besides, the cyberninja jargon made her cranky, she remembered only too well what that stupid aftplate of a ninja-bot had done back on earth to Megatron's forces - that which had led to their being trapped for far too long in the Elite Guard prisons! Her fist clenched with a metallic crunch as she just thought about it. She would beat the slag out of him if she ever got her servos on his tight little neck.
'I recognize the term - a cyberninja bot, huh? Thought they only trained autobot scum,' she said, tone vicious as she spoke into the comm link. She quickly checked her chargers to make sure they could still pack their usual punch as she scanned the skies with her optics. The other 'bot had to be close, but not too close. 'Besides,' she commented, 'if you're not a worthless autobot, what're you doing so close to Cybertron? And why exactly haven't you been captured yet? We'd've known about you already, if you were...'
She went to say "one of us" but stopped herself abruptly, she didn't want to give away too much about who they were. If this was an autobot, they needed to know as little as possible and be disposed of as quickly as possible.
